At the Supernatural Leadership Academy, we believe that everyone has a leader within, and our vision is to see everyone live up to that potential, accessing the full promise of their God-give gifts. We are not a traditional leadership school, focusing on a presence-led leadership approach, rather than a principle-led method. Jesus was not led by principles sometimes and by the Presence of His Father (God) at other times. He was a Presence-led leader who operated within principles. As a result, He was the greatest supernatural leader to ever walk the earth and His example is our pursuit, and why we call this the Supernatural Leadership Academy. Our academy emphasizes adding leadership principles to a presence-led lifestyle, with the Supernatural at the core of the yearly programs and every module. OUR FOUNDER
Shawn Gabie has spent almost two decades studying biblical and systematic theology, pastoring, and traveling around the world speaking, teaching, leading, and training others to live out a supernatural life. He has been a spiritual coach, mentor, and advisor, helping individuals realize their purpose, walk in the supernatural, and experience real transformation. He has developed training courses, and mobilized thousands over the years to move into their calling to impact society.
Shawn, along with his wife Michelle, founded the internationally known charitable organization, Kingdom Culture, as well as a local church community in which he and Michelle are the lead Pastors. He has made appearances on Christian and secular television and is the author of “Secrets of the Supernatural Life” published by Destiny Image. He is the founder of the Supernatural Leadership School (formerly known as the School of Daniel EST. 2004) and regularly produces a podcast for leaders in the church and marketplace called the Supernatural Leadership Podcast available on all podcast platforms. Shawn has traveled extensively around the world and has been involved in training and coaching both young and old in supernatural life, crossing denominational lines in the church, and working with business leaders and influencers in the marketplace.

At the Supernatural Leadership Academy, our heart is to bring well-balanced teaching that is both impactful and practical. We aim to do this by choosing teaching faculty who have a unique approach to biblical teaching, by incorporating ministry moments, practical application, and question and answer opportunities. While there will be deep theological and revelatory teaching, our goal is to make this as practical for your everyday lives as possible.
WHY SUPERNATURAL LEADERSHIP?
- We recognize that having ‘supernatural' at the forefront of our focus may cause fear for some, but let us explain why this is important. While we could have patterned ourselves after a traditional leadership academy, our desire to develop the leader within you after the example of Jesus. We believe Jesus (God in the flesh) was and is a presence-led leader and as such, is the greatest representation of a supernatural leader. When His ‘super’ touches the ‘natural’ part of our lives, it is supernatural. So many people fear the supernatural because they fear what they don’t understand. We get it, but this academy aims to demystify, define, and scripturally explain biblical supernatural truths in ways that can be practically applied to our everyday life and leadership. Whether you are taking our full-year programs or short-term e-course modules, this is our main goal. Our promise is this: if you apply yourself and practice what you are learning, your life and leadership will be transformed resulting in the transformation of the sphere of influence you are called to walk in.
